The Art of Matchmaking – Sales People : Salesforce

Getting salespeople, or any frontline users, to fully embrace Salesforce, and CRMs, in general, is one of the biggest challenges a Salesforce professional might have. The technology, although sometimes complicated, is just that – technology – and with planning, skill and perseverance can be persuaded to meet most business needs. Your users, on the other hand, are much more unpredictable, and definitely more emotional. There is no short cut to getting good engagement and uptake, but there are a number of tools and tricks to make this a more comfortable journey for all concerned – who knows – along the way, you may even convince users to fall in love with Salesforce!
